Started in 1980, Atlantic Hydraulics is one of the largest full house repair facilities in the Eastern United States. With a focus on hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps and motors Atlantic Hydraulics has the capabilities to repair, remanufacture or repair any hydraulic component used on today's mobile and industrial machines. This includes pumps, motors, valves, and all types of cylinders.

For 30 years, Atlantic Hydraulics has successfully served the hydraulic parts and service needs of customers throughout the United States and beyond.  As leaders in remanufacturing hydraulic components, we excel in remanufacturing complicated piston pumps and motors as well as rebuilding cylinders.  Our professionals remanufacture products to meet or exceed the original quality and performance standards.

Atlantic Hydraulics’ goal is to be a partner in the success of its customers. We strive to reduce the overall fluid power operations costs by providing our customers with:

  • Outstanding customer service–prompt, courteous, reliable
  • Highest quality workmanship and products
  • Proactively offering ways to reduce failures and make other improvements

Beginning in 2012 Atlantic Hydraulics started its Lean Six Sigma journey. We began to implement methodologies into our remanufacturing and services processes. Lean Six Sigma relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste and variation to create the ultimate customer experience. Lean Six Sigma is the merger of two manufacturing improvement practices.

First, Lean, also known as the Toyota Production System, is focused on two things: people and customer value. Various tools and processes are used to drive out waste and to make activities more visible, more consistent (standard) and more value added. Developed by Motorola, Six Sigma uses the DMAIC (define, measure, analysis, improve, control) methodology to remove variation. Variation is a primary cause of defects.

Atlantic Hydraulics uses Lean Six Sigma every day in all of its function areas. We are committed to continuous improvement and continuous training to help our employees be their best and to deliver the best products and service to you, our customers. Our goal is outstanding customer service, the highest quality workmanship and partnering with you to reduce your downtime, increase your operations productivity and to help you grow your bottom line.
